Product Design & Engineering

From napkin sketch to manufacturing-ready 3D model. We develop products that are designed to be built — every wall thickness, draft angle, and tolerance is intentional. Our work spans consumer electronics, kitchenware, industrial equipment, and specialty hardware. Recent example: the Stonelle knife block went from a single client message to a finished product on Amazon.

Rapid Prototyping

First physical sample in days, not months. We prototype using 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), CNC machining, laser cutting, and sheet metal fabrication — in-house or through our vetted supplier network. Each prototype is built to test the thing that matters most at that stage: fit, function, material feel, or assembly sequence.

Design for Manufacturing

Every design we deliver is production-ready. We design for the specific manufacturing process — whether that's CNC milling, laser/plasma cutting, sheet metal bending, injection molding, or rotational molding. We specify materials, tolerances, and finishing, and deliver complete drawing packages with BOMs and cutlists. No "over the wall" handoff — we stay involved through first article inspection.

Concept Design & Visualization

We develop 3–5 distinct concepts for every brief, then refine the winner through photorealistic rendering and engineering review before any material is cut. Our renderings have replaced product photography for multiple clients — saving thousands per product launch. Concepts are presented with feasibility notes, rough costing, and a recommended manufacturing path.

Digital Tooling

We don't just design products — we build the software tools to manufacture them. Parametric templates, automated G-code pipelines, browser-based configurators, and custom CNC post-processors. Our own XYWORKS.PRO platform — a full CAD/CAM system running in the browser — is proof we deliver. Learn more →
